Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

Assistant Commissioner Devasthan, Jodhpur, Division Jodhpur has

erred in passing the order dated 30.03.2021 whereby it has

rejected the objections filed by the petitioner against the order

dated 03.01.2021 passed by the Sri Jain Swetambar Murtipujak

Sangh, Sirohi dissolving the management committee of the

petitioner-Trust. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

that as per the terms and conditions of the trust deed, Sri Jain

Swetambar Murtipujak Sangh has no jurisdiction to dissolve the

management committee of the petitioner-Trust prior to the expiry

of the term for which the management committee was

constituted.

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable

with a period of eight weeks.

In the meantime, effect and operation of the order dated

03.01.2021 (Annex.P/9) and the order dated 30.03.2021 passed

by the Assistant Commissioner Devasthan Jodhpur, Division

Jodhpur shall remain stayed.
