The accused-petitioner appeared before Deputy Registrar

(Judicial) of this Court on 19.03.2021 and his attendance was

marked.

A letter dated 03.02.2020 has been received from

Gramnayayalaya, Bichhiwara, District Dungarpur informing that

the accused-petitioner did not appear for his attendance in

compliance of the directions issued by this Court.

Counsel for the petitioner assures that the petitioner shall

appear before the trial court on the date as fixed by this Court.

In view of assurance given by the counsel for the petitioner,

the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court within a

period of four weeks from today for his attendance.
