A letter dated 25.02.2021 has been received from the

learned Additional District & Sessions Judge No.3, Chittorgarh

informing that the accused-appellant No.1 Ramesh @ Raju did not

appear before the trial court in the month of January, 2021 for his

attendance in compliance of the directions issued by this Court.

Counsel for the appellants assures this Court that the

appellant No.1 shall appear before the trial court for his

attendance on the date as fixed by this Court.

In view of assurance given by the counsel for the appellants,

the appellant No.1 Ramesh @ Raju is directed to appear before

the trial court within a period of four weeks from today for his

attendance.
