Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

after rejection of the bail application of the petitioner by

the trial court, charge-sheet has been filed, therefore, he

does not want to press this bail application, however,

seeks liberty for the petitioner to file a fresh bail

application before the trial court.

Hence, this bail application is dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty sought for.
