accepts notice on their behalf.

Heard. Perused the material available on record.

The convict-petitioner has been granted first parole of 20

days by the District Parole Advisory Committee, Bhilwara vide

order dated 23.02.2021 subject to the condition of furnishing one

personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and two surety bonds

(duly verified by the concerned Tehsildar) in the like amount. The

petitioner has prayed for relaxing the condition of furnishing

surety bonds on the ground of poor family status.

Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the

case, this Court is not inclined to absolutely waive the condition of

furnishing surety bonds as imposed upon the convict-petitioner by

the District Parole Advisory Committee, Bhilwara while releasing

him on parole. However, on humanitarian consideration, it is

hereby directed that now the convict-petitioner Sanjay S/o Shri

Madhu Lal shall be released on first parole of twenty days upon

furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one

sound and solvent surety of Rs.50,000/- (duly verified by the

Tehsildar concerned) to the satisfaction of the Superintendent

Central Jail, Ajmer. However, the other conditions of the order

granting parole dated 23.02.2021 qua the convict-petitioner shall

be maintained.

The parole writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
