1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned

transfer order dated 24.02.2021 is contrary to judgment of this

Court dated 15.01.2020, rendered in the case of Kiran Kumari Vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No.14964/2019).

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has been

transferred to Sub Health Center Balupura Sumerpur, Pali to Sub

Health Center Khiwadi, Sumerpur, Pali, which is hardly 7 km.

3. In view of the aforesaid, this Court does not find it to be a fit

case, warranting interference.

4. The writ petition is, thus dismissed.
