Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

petitioner had sold the Trailer in question to co-accused Pyare Lal

in the year 2019. It is further submitted that co-accused Pyare Lal

has deposited fine amount and from this fact it is clear that the

petitioner was not involved in the commission of crime.

In view of the above and after perusing the case diary, the

petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on

or before 15.03.2021 and thereafter as and when called for. The

Investigating Officer is directed to inquire about the

sale-agreement in respect of the Trailer in question alleged to

have been executed by the petitioner in favour of co-accused

Pyare Lal and thereafter submit the factual report.

List on 23.03.2021.

Interim order, if any, to continue till next date.

Learned Public Prosecutor may procure the factual report as

well as the case diary on the next date of hearing.
