1. By way of present writ petition, the petitioner-a contract

labour working under NAREGA has challenged the order dated

26.2.2021 whereby he has been asked to discharge his duties at

Panchayat Samiti Baneda in place of Panchayat Samiti, Aasind.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition

with liberty to agitate his cause by way of filing a representation

before the competent authority of the State.

3. In view of aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of

with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation alongwith

a certified copy of the order instant, within a period of two weeks.

4. In case, the representation is received, the competent

authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with

law and pass appropriate order preferably within a period of four

weeks on receipt thereof.

5. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

petitioner's representation has been issued only with a view to

ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same

may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation

in a particular manner.

6. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
