Learned counsel Shri Jogendra Singh submits that parties

have entered into a compromise and thus, the petitioner may be

permitted to act accordingly before the trial court. He thus, craves

liberty to withdraw the instant misc petition. Accordingly, the misc.

petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
