1. The matter comes up on an application filed by the applicant

for seeking correction in the name of father of petitioner in the

order dated 10.03.2021.

2. It is contended by counsel for the applicant that in the

cause-title of order dated 10.03.2021, name of father of applicant

is mentioned as Jainaram Verma, whereas it is infact Shri

Jainaram only and Verma was wrongly typed on account of the

fact that in the main petition and impugned order name of father

of applicant was mentioned as Jainaram Verma.

3. Now the name of father of applicant has been modified by

the Court below and Verma has been deleted from the impugned

order.

4. In view of the averment made by counsel for the applicant,

application is allowed and the name of father of applicant is

(2 of 2) [CRLMA-105/2021]

modified in the cause-title and name of father of applicant now be

read as 'Jainaram' in place of 'Jainaram Verma'. Amended cause

title has already been filed.

5. Office is directed to tag the same on record in main bail

application.
