After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application under

Section 438 Cr.PC., however, seeks liberty for the petitioners to

surrender themselves before the trial court as charge-sheet has

already been filed against them under Section 299 Cr.P.C. It is also

prayed by learned counsel for the petitioners that the trial court

may be directed to decide the regular bail application of the

petitioners expeditiously.

Learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the

complainant have no objection to the prayers made by learned

counsel for the petitioners.

Hence, this anticipatory bail application under Section 438

Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty sought for.

In the event, the petitioners surrender before the trial

court and apply for regular bail, it is expected that the trial

court shall decide the said bail application expeditiously

keeping in view the fact that the petitioners are ladies.
