02/06/2021 A very limited prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner that the present parole petition filed by the petitioner- convict through his mother Smt. Raju may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, the District Collector, Bhilwara to expeditiously decide the petitioner's pending application for emergent parole of 15 days.
In view of limited prayer made, the present parole petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.2 the District Collector, Bhilwara to decide the petitioner's pending application for emergent parole of 15 days within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
