1. Mr. Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered

by judgment dated 04.03.2021 passed by this Court in SBCWP

No.1676/2021 Sanjay Kumar Gauttam & Ors. Vs. State of

Rajasthan.

2. He further submits that petitioner would be satisfied if the

respondents are directed to consider petitioner's representation

(which he would be filing) expeditiously.

3. The present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to

the petitioner to furnish a detailed representation along with

certified copy of the order instant and a photocopy of the

judgment in case of Sanjay Kumar Gautam (supra) before the

competent authority within three weeks.

4. On receipt of the representation, the competent authority is

directed to do the needful, in accordance with law, as early as

possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from receipt of

the representation.

5. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

representation has been issued only with a view to ensure

expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not

be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a

particular manner.

6. Stay petition also stands disposed of accordingly.
