Mr. Sudhir Gupta, learned Sr. Advocate appearing on behalf

of NHAI has submitted a copy of the completion certificate dated

21.05.2021 granted by the National Highway Authority to Udaipur

Tollway and he undertakes to submit affidavit indicating status of

the other projects covered under the agreement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is also directed to file a

statement indicating calculations of investment as well as the

collection made post the completion date made under Udaipur

Tollways.

Written notes of submission have already been submitted by

the respective parties, however, they are at liberty to supplement

their written notes by Friday, if they so choose. The same may be

submitted before the Court Master after exchanging copies

amongst each other.
