Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in

this writ petition has already been considered by a Co-ordinate

Bench of this Court at Principle Seat, Jodhpur in S.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.1687/2021 in the matter of Pacific Medical University

Vs. Union of India, wherein on 19.03.2021, the following order

was passed:-

"In wake of judgment of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in the Court.

Issue notice to the respondents. On being given advance copy, Shri Mukesh Rajpurohit, ASG is already appearing on behalf of the respondents No.1 & 2 and Mr. Pankaj Sharma, AAG is appearing on behalf of the respondent No.3. Hence, service is complete and they seek some time to complete their insturctions. Time prayed for is allowed.

List on 26.04.2021.

In the meanwhile, effect and operation of the order dated 10.02.2021 (Annexure-23) shall remain stayed.

Learned counsel fro the respondent shall be at liberty to contest the stay petition."

In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents,

returnable by eight weeks.

Meanwhile, operation of the order dated 03.03.2021

(Annexure-1) shall remain stayed.
