The petitioner in person is granted liberty to file a further

affidavit on certain issues raised by her and in particular, relating

to judgments of Hon'ble Supreme Court delivered in the recent

past which according to her have an impact on the issue raised in

the present case. Copies be served on Union of India as well as

State Government.

Learned counsel for Union of India is called upon to file an

additional affidavit on the issues raised by the petitioners during

the course of today's arguments and in particular to the

computation that has to be made for the amount of beneficiaries

in the State of Rajasthan in terms of provision of Section 3 sub

Section (2) of the NFSA Act, 2019.
