In the meanwhile, operation/execution of the impugned

judgment and award dated 29.01.2021 passed by learned

Additional District Judge, Neem Ka Thana, Sikar is stayed on

condition that the appellants shall deposit the entire award

amount within one month with the learned Additional District

Judge, Neem Ka Thana, Sikar.

Trial Court is directed not to disburse the amount without

prior permission of this Court.
