1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

who was appointed as ANM has been accorded "पातेय वेतन" on

19.12.2007 and is still continuing on "पातेय वेतन".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner

would be satisfied if her representation (which she would be filing

within 15 days) is ordered to be decided expeditiously.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is,

therefore, disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file

comprehensive representation alongwith the certified copy of the

order instant and judgment on which she wishes to rely upon.

4. On receipt of the representation, the competent authority

shall decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously,

preferably within a period of 12 weeks of receipt of the

representations.

5. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

representations has been issued only with a view to ensure

expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not

be construed to be an order to decide the representations in a

particular manner.

6. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
