By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged

the order dated 02.06.2020 passed by the Director & Joint

Secretary, Department of Local Self Bodies, Jaipur, however later

on, vide order dated 05.06.2020, the work order issued in favour

of the respondent No.3 has been cancelled, therefore, this writ

petition has rendered infructuous.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as having become

infructuous.
