Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
the petitioner was declared as Khatedar of the land of
Khasra Nos.1119, 1120 and Murbba No.201/31
measuring about 200 bigha by the Assistant Collector
cum Assistant Commissioner Colonisation, IGNP,
Mohangarh-A, Jaisalmer vide judgment dated 21.1.2016
in a suit preferred by the petitioner under Section 15AAA,
sub-section (2)(a) of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955
(Second Amendment 1992). It is further submitted that

the said judgment has not been challenged by the State
Government, which is represented through Tehsildar
Colonisation, Mohangarh No.1, even then, the Tehsildar
Colonisation, Mohangarh No.1, while treating the
petitioner as trespasser, has ordered for dispossessing
him vide order dated 9.3.2021.
Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application as well,
returnable within four weeks.
In the meantime, the respondents are restrained
from dispossessing the petitioner pursuant to the order
dated 9.3.2021 (Annex./3).
