Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that in
view of the subsequent developments as the petitioner has
already been appointed dealer of another retail outlet and the
retail outlet in question has been allotted to some other individual,
this writ petition has rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not in
position to dispute this fact.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become
infructuous.
