The petitioner was granted interim bail on the premise that

his wife is unwell, however, he has not surrendered after granting

of 15 days of interim bail.

The Police is directed to take action under Section 446 Cr.P.C.

and if required seize the property of the petitioner and take all

necessary steps for the purpose of securing arrest of the

petitioner, if the petitioner has been found involved in the earlier

criminal cases where he was granted bail.

The application be moved for cancellation of bail in all the

cases where bail has been granted to the petitioner and

proceedings under Section 446 Cr.P.C. be undertaken.

The present bail application stands disposed of.
