HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIJAY BISHNOI

Judgment / Order

20/07/2021

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners being

aggrieved with the order dated 25.03.2021 passed by Additional

District Judge No.1, Nagaur whereby, the appeal preferred on

behalf of the petitioners is allowed and the order dated

04.03.2021 passed by the Civil Judge, Nagaur in Misc. Case No.

16/21 refusing to grant interim temporary injunction in favour of

the petitioners has been dismissed.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and after

going through the material available on record, I fail to

(2 of 2) [CW-8059/2021]

understand that how the petitoners can prefer this writ petition

against the order dated 25.03.2021 passed by the Additional

District Judge No.1, Nagaur, when the appeal preferred by them

has already been allowed and the reliefs prayed for in the appeal

have been granted.

In view of the above, I do not find any merit in this writ

petition and the same is hereby dismissed.

Stay petition also stands dismissed.
