In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant

caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court,

for the safety of all concerned.

Learned Senior Counsel Shri K.T.S. Tulsi submits that in an

endeavor to render proper assistance to the Court more

effectively, he feels that it would be better, if he is permitted to

assist this Court by physically appearing before the Court,.

Learned Senior Counsel Shri K.T.S. Tulsi requests that the

matter may be taken up on 26.07.2021.

Mr. R.D. Rastogi, ASG submits that he has urgency in the

matter, however, any short accommodation is not objected.

List on 26.07.2021 while making it clear that the learned

counsel for the parties shall be ready on that day to finally argue

the matter, as agreed by each one of them. They shall be at

liberty to make any mentioning on that date for the time slot.

All the parties are requested to give written submissions at

least by 24.7.2021. The copy of judgments to be cited along with

the highlighted paragraphs to be relied, be also supplied.

Interim order, if any, to continue till next date.
