The matter comes up for consideration of

applications (01/21) in each writ petition for impleading

the Municipal Corporation (North), Jodhpur as party

respondent No.3.

Learned counsel Mr. Dhanesh Saraswat has no

objection if the aforesaid applications are allowed.

In view of the above, the aforesaid applications are

allowed. The Municipal Corporation (North), Jodhpur is

impleaded as party respondent No.3 in each writ petition.

Amended cause title already filed in each writ petition is

taken on record. Let the same be placed appropriately.
