1. Mr. Saransh Viz, learned counsel for the respondents,

submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is

squarely covered against the petitioner vide judgment dated

03.01.2020, passed by this Court in bunch of cases, led by S.B.

Civil Writ Petition No.14650/2019, Omprakash Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors.

2. Mr. Tayal, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that

though on the basic issue, the same is covered against him,

however, the petitioner has raised other grievance, as he has been

transferred from Jhalawar to Jaisalmer, which is about 750 km.

The matter thus, requires consideration.

3. Since the basic issue has been decided against the petitioner

vide judgment rendered in the case of Omprakash (supra), I am

not inclined to interfere in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.

5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.

6. Needless to observe that dismissal of the present writ

petition will not come in the way of the petitioner, if he wants to

agitate his grievance relating transfer to Jaisalmer by way of filing

a representation.

7. The petitioner may file representation before the competent

authority with a request to provide posting at appropriate place.

8. If the representation is so addressed, the competent

authority shall consider the same in accordance with law within a

period of four weeks of receipt of representation, uninfluenced by

the dismissal of the present writ petition.
