This bail application under Sec.439 CrPC has been filed by

the petitioner in connection with FIR No.238/2014 registered at

Police Station Pipar City, District Jodhpur for offence under Section

420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Looking to the nature of allegations against the petitioner, of

having involved in committing fraud in NAREGA scheme by

mentioning fraudulent names of persons who actually did not work

and withdrawing money on their account and more so, as the

investigation is still pending, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

petitioner at this stage.

The bail application is dismissed.
