This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under

Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.202/2020 registered

at Police Station, Rajiyasar, District Sri Ganganagar for offence

under Sections 363, 366-A, 376(3), 376(2)(N) IPC read with

Section 5(L), 5(J)(ii)/6 of the POCSO Act 2012.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and perused the entire material available on

record.

Taking into consideration the statement made by the

prosecutrix under sec.164 CrPC wherein she does not make any

allegation of sexual suffering against the petitioner, I am inclined

to allow this bail application.

Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is ordered

that the accused petitioner - Anil Kumar s/o late Kalu Ram be

released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with

aforesaid FIR No.202/2020 registered at Police Station, Rajiyasar

District Sri Ganganagar provided the petitioner furnishes a

personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount,

to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate with the stipulation

that he shall comply with all the conditions laid down under

Section 437 (3) CrPC.
