Heard. Perused the material available on record.

The convict-petitioner has been granted second parole of

thirty days by the District Parole Advisory Committee, Jodhpur

vide recommendations dated 08.03.2021 subject to the condition

of furnishing one personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and two

surety bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/-each. The petitioner has

prayed for relaxing the condition of furnishing surety bonds on the

ground of poor family status.

Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the

case, this Court is not inclined to absolutely waive the condition of

furnishing surety bonds as imposed upon the convict-petitioner by

the District Parole Advisory Committee, Jodhpur while releasing

him on parole. However, on humanitarian consideration, it is

hereby directed that now the convict-petitioner Raju S/o Shri

Manga Bhai shall be released on second parole of thirty days

upon furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with

one sound and solvent surety of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of

the Superintendent Central Jail, Kota. However, the other

conditions of the order granting parole qua the convict-petitioner

shall be maintained.

The parole writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
