The convict-petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a

direction to the respondent authorities to decide his pending

application for grant of first parole of 20 days.

We therefore direct that the said application submitted on

behalf of the convict-petitioner through his father shall be

objectively considered and decided by the competent Parole

Advisory Committee within a period of 45 days from today.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations.
