For Petitioner(s) : Mr Ashvini Swami For Respondent(s) : Mr Sudhir Tak, Public Prosecutor

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA

Judgment / Order

07/07/2021

This bail application under sec.439 CrPC has been filed by

petitioner in connection with FIR No.14/2021 registered at Police

Station Kotwali, District Jalore for offence under Section 379 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the

learned Public Prosecutor and perused the entire material

available on the record.

The charge-sheet in the case has been filed. Looking to facts

of the case that there are as many as 13 similar cases registered

against the petitioner during the period from year 2018 up to year

2021, which are pending, I am not inclined to release the

petitioner on bail at this stage.

The bail application is dismissed.
