                         JUSTICE DINESH MEHTA

                                    Judgment

06/07/2021

(1) By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has

challenged the order dated 9.6.2021, whereby he has been

directed to do monitoring work in the office of the Superintending

Engineer till further orders, to be passed by the Superintending

Engineer (O&M), Jodhpur Discom, Sirohi.

(2) Mr. Devasi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submits that the Superintending Engineer is not an authority to

(2 of 2) [CW-8201/2021]

transfer the petitioner. It is also argued that the respondents are

unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

(3) Having perused the record and after considering the

submissions made by Mr. Devasi, this Court is of the considered

view that no interference is called for inasmuch as the impugned

order dated 9.6.2021 is not even a transfer order.

(4) The petitioner has failed to make out any case worth

interference by this Court in its extra ordinary jurisdiction.

(5) The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.

(6) The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
