Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the

learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on

record.

The petitioner has been arrested in FIR No.07/2020 of Police

Station Sameja Kothi, District Sri Ganganagar for the offences

punishable under Sections 8/22, 25, 29 of NDPS Act. He has

preferred this interim bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for

treatment of his wife.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going

through the factual report submitted by the learned Public

Prosecutor pursuant to the direction given by a Coordinate Bench

of this Court on 04.01.2021, I do not find any case for grant of

interim bail to the petitioner under Section 439.

Accordingly, the bail application preferred by the petitioner

under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is rejected.
