Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's

transfer from the office of Chief Medical & Health Officer, Nagaur

to the office of Chief Medical & Health Officer, Jalore is contrary to

judgment dated 15.01.2020, rendered by this Court in bunch of

cases led by Kiran Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan (SB Civil Writ

Petition No.14964/2019).

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.

Mr. K.S. Rajpurohit, AAG, accepts notice and prays for four

weeks' time to file reply.

Meanwhile, effect and operation of order dated 31.12.2020
