petitioner's transfer from Sub Centre Jaswantpura, Tehsil Rajgarh,

District Churu to Sub Centre Ongad, PHC Kasba Thana, CHC

Shahbad, District Baran is contrary to judgment dated

15.01.2020, rendered by this Court in bunch of cases led by Kiran

Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan (SB Civil Writ Petition

No.14964/2019).

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.

weeks' time to file reply.
