petitioner's transfer from Community Health Centre Gudagorji

Division Udaipurwati, Jhunjhunu to Community Health Centre,

Borawar, Makrana, Nagaur is contrary to judgment dated

15.01.2020, rendered by this Court in bunch of cases led by Kiran

Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan (SB Civil Writ Petition

No.14964/2019).

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.

weeks' time to file reply.
