Mr. Mothsra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

petitioner's transfer from Sub Centre 9 M.K. Sub Division

Raisinghnagar District Sri Ganganagar to Office of Chief Medical

and Health Officer, Bikaner is contrary to judgment dated

15.01.2020, rendered by this Court in bunch of cases led by Kiran

Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan (SB Civil Writ Petition

No.14964/2019).

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.

Mr. K.S. Rajpurohit, AAG, accepts notice and prays for four

weeks' time to file reply.
