1. After arguing for some time, Mr. Sanjeet Purohit, learned

counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the

present writ petition with a liberty to address a detailed

representation to the competent authority while relying upon the

judgment of this Court rendered in Pushpa Mehta Vs. Rajasthan

Civil Services Appellate Tribunal & Ors., reported in RLW 2000(1)

Raj. 233.

2. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to

the petitioner to file a representation within a period of three days

ventilating his grievances and raising legal submissions along with

a copy of the judgment rendered in the case of Pushpa Mehta

(supra).

3. In case representation is so addressed, the competent

authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass

appropriate order within a period of 10 days of receiving the

representation.

4. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

representation has been issued only with a view to ensure

expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not

be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a

particular manner.

5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
