Mr. Kaswan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

petitioner's transfer from PHC Manjhuwas, Block Padampur,

District Sri Ganganagar to CHC, Vijaynagar, District Sri

Ganganagar is contrary to judgment dated 15.01.2020, rendered

(2 of 2) [CW-591/2021]

by this Court in bunch of cases led by Kiran Kumari Vs. State of

Rajasthan (SB Civil Writ Petition No.14964/2019).

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.

Mr. Shreyansh Mehta, associate to Mr. K.S. Rajpurohit, AAG,

accepts notice and prays for four weeks' time to file reply.

List this case on 15.02.2021.

Meanwhile, effect and operation of order dated 04.01.2021

shall remain stayed qua the petitioner.
