petitioner's transfer from Sub-Center Thimau Badi,Tehsil Rajgarh,

District Churu to PHC Mundada, Tehshil Sujangarh, District Churu

is contrary to judgment dated 15.01.2020, rendered by this Court

in bunch of cases led by Kiran Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan (SB

Civil Writ Petition No.14964/2019).

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.
