Mr. Ganesh Meena, AAG , appears as a caveator on behalf of

the respondent/s.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner assailed

the transfer order before the Tribunal which is pending for hearing.

If such an application has been moved by the petitioner for

seeking early listing of this appeal, the Tribunal shall take up the

matter at earliest within a period of 10 days and pass orders on

merits and on stay application also. Till the order is passed by the

Tribunal on stay application, no coercive steps shall be taken

against the petitioner.
