criminal cases registered against him, he has been acquitted in

most of the cases. He prays for and is granted a week's time to

place the judgments of acquittal on record.

In the meanwhile, learned Public Prosecutor is directed to

procure the case diary and criminal antecedents of the petitioner

as well as their present status.
