Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present

writ petition although stands covered by the judgment passed in

SBCWP NO.10874/2018 titled as Chananmal Saini & Ors. Vs.

State of Rajasthan".However, he submits that a review petition

is pending in relation to issue involved herein. Learned counsel

submits that the several contempt petitions were filed which has

also tagged along with the said review petition.

Keeping in view the above, this court deems it appropriate to

direct the Registry to tag these matters along with the review

petition and list these cases alongwith review petitions No.

146/2019, 137/2019, 144/2019, 145/2019, 152/2019 alongwith

conntected contempt petitions before this court.
