04/01/2021 Counsel for the petitioner has relied on the judgment passed

by the Supreme Court in the case of Nawal Kishore Sharma

Versus Union of India & Ors. reported in (2014) 9 SCC 329

to submit that although the respondents hold the office at Bikaner,

jurisdiction would lie to this Bench to hear the matter as the

petitioner is a retired person residing at Jaipur and would be

entitled to receive the pension and other retiral benefits at Jaipur

and the legal right claimed by the petitioner stands infringed at

Jaipur.

Issue notice of writ petition as well as stay application,

returnable within three weeks.

Notice be given "dasti" as prayed.
