Judgment

18/01/2021

The petitioner has prayed for consideration of his case for

appointment against an advertisement issued on 25.09.2017 for

the post of 'Gram Panchayat Sahayk' by filing the present writ

petition in 2020 stating that he should be given 30 bonus marks

(2 of 2) [CW-10840/2020]

for having teaching experience of three years in the Government

school.

In the opinion of this Court, the writ petition is highly

belated. The petitioner has been sleeping over his rights for the

last three years, he cannot claim relating to advertisement issued

in the year 2017.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

All pending applications also stands disposed of.
