Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon the judgment

of the Supreme Court passed in the case of Akalakunnam

Village Service Cooperative Bank Limited & Another Versus

Binu N. & Others, 2014 (9) SCC 294 to submit that writ

petition would lie as against the Jaipur Central Co-operative Bank

Limited.

Issue notice of the writ petition as well as stay application,

returnable within eight weeks.

In the meanwhile, the services of the petitioner shall not be

dispensed with.
