1. Mr. Choudhary, learned counsel for the respondents, at the

outset submitted that the controversy involved in the present writ

petition has already been set at rest by this Court vide judgment

dated 27.01.2021, rendered in case of Laxmi Meena Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors. (SB Civil Writ Petition No.801/2021), whereby

the identical writ petition filed by the petitioner therein has been

dismissed.

2. Relevant para 17 of the judgment aforesaid is reproduced

hereunder :-

"17. Having regard to the mandate of law, the petitioner cannot claim study leave as a matter of right. The petitioner's request cannot be acceded to even on the basis of the undertaking she has offered that she would not claim salary for the period of sanctioned leave and that her probation period be extended accordingly, because the foundational condition is not fulfilled - the qualification (B.Ed.) is not going to help her in discharge of her duties in any manner."

3. In view of above and while following the judgment rendered

in case of Laxmi Meena (supra), the present writ petition stands

dismissed.

4. Stay petition also stands disposed of accordingly.
