Court, while issuing notices, has granted interim order.

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable

within four weeks.

Meanwhile, the respondents shall not stall the mining

activities of the petitioner for want of forest diversion approval and

they shall issue e-ravannas to the petitioner firm.
