It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the
issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by
judgment of this Court in Namonarayan Sharma Vs. State of
Rajasthan & Ors.: D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.908/2017 decided
on 08.01.2020 and, therefore, the respondent may be directed to
decide the representation to be made by the petitioner by
speaking order keeping in view the said judgment.
In view of the submissions made, the writ petition filed by
the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to
decide the representation to be filed by the petitioner by way of
speaking order within a period of two months from the date the
representation is made keeping in view the judgment in the case
of Namonarayan Sharma (supra), copy whereof, would be made
available by the petitioner to the respondents.
