Learned counsel for the respondents Ms.Suruchi Kasliwal

submitted that reply to the writ petition has been filed today and

copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the

petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents also places reliance on

the judgment passed by the Apex Court in the case of Vidya

Drolia & Ors. Vs. Durga Trading Corporation & Ors. and

submitted that the issue involved in the present case needs to be

decided by way of arbitration, as has been held by the Apex Court.

Registry is directed to place reply in the office file and list

this case on 21st January, 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is free to make

submissions on the said judgment as well as on the judgment he

wants to rely upon.
